This policy covers our website only. If you are a patient, health information you share with us as part of your care is protected under federal law (HIPAA) and is described in our Notice of Privacy Practices, which is available on request.

Information collected automatically, with your consent. If you click "Accept" on our cookie banner, Google Analytics collects information about your visit, such as the pages you view, how you arrived at our site, your browser and device type, and your approximate location (city or region). If you click "Decline," Google Analytics does not load.
Please do not send detailed health information through email or our website. If you need to share health information, please call our office.
