Self-Pay & Out-of-Network Options
We offer cash-pay options for patients who prefer self-pay. A
superbill can also be provided for out-of-network benefits, which may be submitted to your insurance for potential reimbursement.

Is Hearthstone in-network with my insurance?
We are actively credentialing with several major insurance plans, including BCBS of TN, Medicare, Aetna, Cigna, Humana, Oscar, and Optum/UHC Behavioral Health. Coverage varies by provider and plan, so we recommend contacting our office to verify your specific benefits.
What if my insurance isn't accepted, or I'd rather self-pay?
You're welcome to choose self-pay. We can provide a superbill you may submit to your insurance for possible out-of-network reimbursement. Our current self-pay rates are $350 for an initial evaluation and $175 for follow-up visits.
Do you accept TennCare or Medicaid?
No, we do not currently accept TennCare/Medicaid.
